Our client is a global leader in Cybersecurity solutions. They develop and sell cybersecurity solutions, such as, physical firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion prevention systems, and endpoint security components.

The client has over 10,000 employees, and most of them are salespeople. Their employees’ travel and entertainment (T&E) claims receipts were coming in different languages, lacked a uniform format, and had peaks and valleys in claims processing. This led to inadequate explanations for the rejections and delays in claims processing, which lowered employee satisfaction.
The client, therefore, wanted a partner who could ensure the timely and accurate processing of their T&E claims by resolving exceptions wherever required. As HTC Global Services was already providing several other IT services to the client, we were approached to perform this work.
